Brief Answer:
Consult your physician....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Since you are looking for immediate answers, I shall answer on behalf of nephrologist.

Yes, the creatinine level is high. It may be from chronic renal disease secondary to high blood pressure and diabetes. If your dad is asymptomatic, it doesn't need immediate treatment. But dietary restriction and changes to him medication may be needed at the earliest.

At this instance, it is important that he visits his treating doctor, if not a nephrologist. He will need further evaluation such as blood urea nitrogen, serum electrolytes, ultrasound scan and so on. Avoid pain killers and nephrotoxic drugs.

Let me know if you need clarifications.
