Hello.
thanks for posting in HCM.
Usually we do use antihistaminics eye drops and corticosteroids eye drops with care in allergic patients.
But seeing among the two corticosteroids eye drops is kept for more severe form not getting controlled with oral or topical antihistaminics.
So here corticosteroids eye drops will be the answer.
