Question: sir may baby is 3 month old she is getting loose motion last two days .in a day 4 to 5 time loose motion she got I have given her metrogile still its not working well ...which medicin better for my daughter please suggest us. thanks

Most important is to maintain and monitor hydration. Give exclusive breastfeeding. Give probiotic XXXXXXX for few days. Watch for features of dehydration like decreased urine output/refusal of feed/lethargy and in case of any get her examined by pediatrician to see level of hydration for further management.
