Brief Answer:
Probability of urethritis or urinary tract infection and requires swab test

Detailed Answer:
Hi W.kenept,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. There is a probability that you have developed urethritis or an urinary infection.

2. If there is a yellow discharge then it requires to be sent in a swab test for pus culture and sensitivity. Treatment depends on the bacteria isolated and test results.

3. Therefore it is important to consult your doctor and get treated with required antibiotics. Please maintain genital hygiene drink adequate amount of fluids and visit washrooms regularly. This will help flush the infection and prevent ascending infection in the urinary tract till you consult the doctor and start treatment.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
