Question: Hi I have been facing Writer Cramp problem since 16 years, I did not took any treatment so far

I have studied your case. .I think you can get EMG assisted Botulinum injection. This is well effective for writer's cramp. I would suggest you to get a neurologist opinion and get it injected.
Meanwhile Tablet a Baclofen can give short time relief. Also take salt when you have such cramps.

Hello,
I do not know any one personally who inject Botulinum but you can go in Appolo or NIMS hospital. You need to visit neurophyscian there. NIMHANS in Banglore is also having such doctors.
As far as Botulinum injection is concerned there is no side effect as it's effect is temporary.
