Question: hii sir.
This is with regard to a wound in the middle finger of my left hand. i dont exactly remember how this would started initially, may be a scratch or something. But its been almost one year and it has not yet healed properly. initially blood used to come out, which was followed by thick black colonies of scale on top of it. there is slight itching and i constantly keep touching the wound. may be that could a reason which has led to non healing of it. i have attached the image of the wound. please suggest how the healing can be quick or how to proceed in this case.

Brief Answer:
Either wart or chronic bacterial or fungal infection
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and there are few possibilities: Either wart or some chronic bacterial or fungal infection.
I would recommend you to take oral antibiotic like tablet cefixime 200 mg twice daily for 7 days and apply mupirocin cream on the affected areas twice daily for 7 days.
If it doesn't improve consult a dermatologist and go for clinical examination.
