Suggest Treatment For Wound On Penis Post Masturbation

Question: I just want to ask about a cut in the corona of penis, i had masterbated and done a cut i think its from my fingernail, its like a papercut, after 9 days i received unprotected oral from a girl, and we had sex i used condom on her but wasnt sure if it was used properly, 21 days from when that cut happened i masterbated again and found where the area is was raw and painful, is this std or just a cut reopened, i placed neosporin on it it went away in just one day, plus i had all std checked at 10 and 14 weeks post exposure all cameback nevative including 4th gen hiv test, my question is that is it possible for a cut reopened after 20 days, i did masterbate the night before and thats when i found it raw the place where the cut was, i poured water on it and it had a burning sensation

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you had sustained injury to your penis at coronal sulcus while masturbating and had unprotected oral sex and had done all tests and has ruled out STD and HIV ,

You had noticed open wound at the site of previous cut after masturbation very recently .

Since you have not taken any antibiotic orally it is most likely that the wound has not healed up completely and got opened up again due to manhandling of penis during masturbation .

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily .along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily.

Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.

Oh ok dr, i thought the head of the penis is fast healing, but either way my theories are wrong, lol nothings there anymore dr, its completely healed i was just thinking about hiv, just got a bit paranoid i guess, your right though since i didnt change my underwear then too, with semen soaked in it, 10 hours later i noticed it, but anyways thanks dr, its all healed now i just wanted to know what happened
