Brief Answer:
Consult a neurologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,

If you have no physical disability, seizures, developmental delay or mental retardation, then its unlikely that you have something of concern regarding slow working of your left brain.
Loss of balance is with walking or also in sitting or standing position.
Any loss of sensation over face, gait ataxia, hearing loss may be present in cerebello pontine angle tumor but if these symptoms are not present then possibility is less.
You need to visit a neurologist with all available previous records for proper evaluation , examination and treatment. Please upload the reports for me to view so that I am better able to help.

hope you got the answer helpful.
