Brief Answer:
Bacterial infection of uvula and tonsils...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for providing the requested photo.

I noted the white dots on uvula and the others on your mouth mucosa. I noted slight enlargement of tonsils. Althogether they are indicating that you might have gone through a recent viral infection complicated with bacterial infection of tonsils and uvula.

Antibiotics like Azythromycine to start. Keep good oral hygiene. Gargle with warm water and salt.
Use oral antiseptic spray.
Brush your teeth regularly.

Brief Answer:
Swab culture test will determine if bacterial

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Now, we can suppose it is bacterial from the physical examination. However, to confirm, swab culture is recommended.

Yes, can discuss with your doctor as you need prescription meds like antibiotics apart oral hygiene and antiseptic spray.

Wish fast recovery.
