Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that her symptoms could be related to adverse effects of her current therapy. In fact levoflox, muxinex can lead to dizziness.

Anyway, before coming to this conclusion I would recommend excluding other possible causes like hypoxia (or low blood oxygen saturation) from Bronchitis, or low blood pressure.

You should know that Bronchitis can lead to low blood oxygenation and this is reflected by the brain as dizziness or lightheadedness. Chronic fatigue is another symptom related to low oxygen saturation and inflammation.

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with her attending physician and performing some other tests:

- complete blood count for anemia
- an arterial blood gas analysis
- blood electrolytes for possible electrolyte imbalance.

I would also advise to closely monitor her blood pressure values in order to exclude possible low blood pressure which can trigger this symptomatology.

You should discuss with her doctor on the above issues.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
