Suggest Treatment For Warts On The Hands

Question: Hello! I'm attaching an image of both of my hands...on each hand there is a small flesh-colored bump. The bumps have been there for quite some time, and I actually have some similar looking ones in other locations. In the past, I have actually been able to "scrape" them off, but they return.

Can you please advise what these may be and whether they are anything to worry about? Could they be flat warts? Thank you!!

I have viewed the images.
They seem like common warts. They can be easily removed with either electrocautery or freezing.

One last question, I also have little bumps on both my eyelids, I'm attaching the best image I could take of them....any idea what those could be?

The lesion on eyelid could also be a wart but I am not 100% sure on this. Need a closer look.
