Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and before management is adviced do, let me know about following:

1. warts are usually caused by virus when it comes in contact with broken skin so what was the route of entry:
. through biting nails or any injury?
. through coming in contact with people who had warts (sharing towel/razor)?
. any problem with weak immunity (getting frequent cold, diabetes)?
PS. is it primary to secondary to some disease.

2. any opinion/examination of Dermatologist taken?

Thanks Dr. Sood for your quick assistance.

Exact root cause is not known, however when the first wart developed I was onsite in Rwanda on a project and as you pointed it might have been caused due to usage of towels in the apartments I stayed.

Have not contacted a dermatologist yet.

I need suggestions and consultation on how I can cure these warts without operating and cutting them.

Also any method to reduce these would be appreciated.

Regards,
XXXX

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back

Since cause of the pathology is personnel contact thus hygiene is of utmost importance:

. wash your hands regularly [use a good quality anti bacterial soap] and keep skin healthy and moisturized
. avoid nail biting.
. use your own personnel belongings [fresh towel/razor]and rubber soled sandals in public locker rooms/showers.

- Dietary Regime
. take healthy diet with plenty of fruits like oranges, mangoes and papaya, green vegetables, regularly along with sulphur containing food items.
. some of the remedies found for warts:
. Kaseesadi taila, castor oil, clove oil, cashew nut oil are prescription medicines which can be apply to the wart.
. milk of raw papaya fruit is effective in removing warts.
. strengthen your immune system with ' Makarprash avleha' and in Ayurveda we hold every disease to arise from the digestive system thus 'Madiphala rasayan' is good choice.

PS. If interested I can courier you the said medicines at discounted rates

PS. medications has side effects and surgery has recurrence rate thus first talk with your doctor about every necessary possibility and if want to try Ayurveda medicine then you may try 'Wartosin' but do read all precautions before using it, since in Ayurveda we describe wart as 'Charam keel' and treatment is surgery.
