Brief Answer:
Fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
I was just ruling out photoallergy.
You have developed a mild fungal infection.

I treat such cases with a topical antifungal cream like Clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for a month.

It is safe and effective and usually available over the counter.
You can try this.

Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Not PMLE

Detailed Answer:
Hello
PMLE stands for polymorphic light eruptions.
These eruptions itch a lot and are aggravated on Sun exposure.
That's why I asked you regarding history of photosensitivity.
You don't have such symptoms; hence I did not favour PMLE.
There are sometimes overlap cases.
I suggest you to continue with the cream I advised in night and use a sunscreen in morning.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
