Brief Answer:
Vitamin D sachets along with calcium supplements.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

I have gone through your description and the reports attached. Her Vitamin D is low and needs to rectified. For this vitamin D sachets are usually prescribed 6,00,000 IU once a week for 6 to 12 weeks along with Calcium supplements.

I would advise you to see an Orthopedician for evaluation and prescription of medicines. Along with the supplements ask her to have diet rich in calcium like ragi, milk and milk products, horse gram, soya bean, rajma, moong. If you are non vegetarian then eggs, halibut fish, crab, etc. You can find more on net regarding calcium rich food or contact a dietitian who will help in this.

Early morning exposure to sunlight too helps in building Vitamin D naturally in the body. So, a early morning walk for 15 to 30 mins will help.

Hope this answers your query. If any further clarifications, will be happy to help you.

Regards.
