Answered by Dr. Neeraj Kumar (23 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised and follow precautions

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
At this age diagnosis of vestibular migraine should be made with caution as other causes of vertigo may be there especially Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
The treatment of vestibular migraine is similar to migraine with aura.
Prevention is to be done by adapting healthy lifestyle, proper sleep, adequate diet, avoiding triggers like fasting, chocolate, coffee or stress.
Flunarizine can be preferred over propranolol, divalproate, Topiramate or amitryptiline.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
