Question: I believe I have vertigo, and it is triggering anxiety. How do I rid myself of the vertigo?

Do you have any other symptoms associated with vertigo like vomiting, headache or hearing loss.

The possbilities are

Eye ( errors of refraction)
Cervical spine( spondylitis)
Ear (bppv, meniers disease, vestibular neuronitis).
Any fluctuations in Bp,
Any fluctuation in blood sugar
Electrolyte disturbances.


I suggest you to to consult ent surgeon and get detailed ent examination, Bp monitoring,x- ray cervical sping, eye examination, blood tests- blood sugar, serum electrolytes.
