Brief Answer:
only surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to HCM.

Prolapse is one of the things which has no medical treatment. It has only surgical treatment. You may use pessary if its vaginal prolapse, but that depends upon the degree of prolapse.

I would suggest that you show it to a gynecologist for a proper clinical evaluation to find out its severity and any associated conditions, as further management will depend upon the same.

Hope i have been helpful.
