Brief Answer:
Seak medical help immediately;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking ! I can understand your concern regarding to your mother's health
The levels of blood sugar you reported are too high.
Of course she has Diabetes and she needs prompt medical treatment.
IV fluids and insulin should be started as soon as possible otherwise she risks for very serious complication.
In infection diseases blood sugar goes high and probably urinary infection is the cause of such high levels.
Hope the information will help.
Kind regards,
Dr.Mirjeta
