Brief Answer:
Need a detailed review by a physician for any drug related complications

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing the details. It's sad to know what you had gone through. This however doesn't specify what current symptoms are you facing for which you needed a medical advice.

If current urinary tract infection or burning or difficulty in urination or fever are bothering you and current antibiotics seems not to be working, it may need a urine cultures and sensitivity to assess the exact bug causing the troublesome and hence can be treated with antibiotics according to sensitivity reports.

If it's other symptoms relating to brain or the tumor it should ideally be evaluated from time to time by your primary physician or by a neurosurgeon to assess for any symptoms relating to the current issue.

Among your drug history is warfarin which also needs time to time evaluation of blood clotting profile monitoring as it may thin blood to a verge where it can cause active bleeding and related complications. It may also interact with your antibiotics unless titrated properly with warfarin and any drug interaction needs to be properly looked into.

Kindly share all the current troubles that you are facing so that we can help you properly. Wishing you a steady and healthy routine. Regards.
