Brief Answer:
I'm Looking forward to have more data from you!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking to HCM!

Your symptoms seems to be related with urinary tract infection (UTI) which include tachycardia, fever, general pain especially pain during urination.

As a general recommendation i advice to drink plenty of waters and to take the medications as ordered by your medics.

Can you please tell me:
- What examinations you have done already?
- If you have done urine analysis, can you send the report to me?
- Do you have a more specific answer from me (please don't hesitate to ask)?

I'm Looking forward to have more data from you!

Brief Answer:
Not the right antibiotic, should switch to another.

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

If you had UTI, most probably Co-amoxyclav was not the right antibiotic to fight the infection. At this point, I advise to run urine culture and sensitivity testing to determine the right (susceptible) antibiotic to use.

If cannot run this test, then, ask your doctor to start another antibiotic: Ciprofloxacin or Levofloxacin, which have shown great effects in treating UTI.

Next, if you were diagnosed with a severe UTI, then, only one course of antibiotic is not enough to eradicate the infection. You should repeat the urine-dipstick test with culture and sensitivity testing again for re-evaluation.

Furthermore, apart antibiotics, you need to :
- increase water intake
- take OTC antacids to alkalinize urine pH , thus, making it easier to eradicate the infection

With regards to pins and needles in the toes and fingers, I'd advise to get checked by a neurologist to exclude spinal cord problems.

Wish fast recovery!
