Brief Answer:
infection needs to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The acute (short term) symptoms of weak urine flow, burning on urination, dribbling and urinary retention may be related to an infection in the urinary tract.

It would be best to see your doctor to have an urine analysis done. Your doctor may also opt to send urine off to the lab to confirm infection and determine the type of bacteria present.

Antibiotics would be needed.

If the symptoms were long term then you would need to have your prostate assessed because enlarged prostate can also cause these problems.
A PSA blood test and pr examination of the prostate would be able to check the prostate.

If it is enlarged then treatment would be started.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
