Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection is the most probable.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Frequent urinating is usually a symptom of urinary tract infection. This issue gives also burning while urinating, lower abdominal pain and fever, however frequent urinating can be the only symptom.
Frequenf urinating can also appear in case of diabetes, increased fluids intake or increased secretion of vasopresine (very rare).

I suggest you to consult your doctor and have urine analysis done and blood work. In case of infection antibiotics are necessary. You should also start cranberries supplementation.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Urine analysis not always detects an infection.

Detailed Answer:
Can you please attach urine analysis report and ultrasound report?
Have you had blood work done(CBC, glucose level, creatinine level)? If not, this should be done.
Please note that urine analysis not always detects an infection. Especially if the infection is localized in the first part of urinary tract (urethra). In such case, urine culture test and urethra swab test should be done.

Brief Answer:
Overactive bladder can be the case.

Detailed Answer:
Urine sample is only a first step. As a next step you should have urine culture done. If there will be no infection in this test, most likely you do suffer from overactive bladder. This condition is caused by bad communication between bladder and spine. As a result you get an urge to urinate even if the bladder is empty.
This condition can be treated with medicines (Mirabegron for example). This is on prescription only so you need to discuss it with your doctor.

Brief Answer:
Afluzosin do not help with overactive bladder.

Detailed Answer:
Afluzosin relaxes bladder muscle and helps in case of problems with urinating caused by prostate enlargement. It wont be effective in case of Overactive Bladder. So maybe it is worth to try mentioned above medicine.
