Brief Answer:
Acute on chronic-active Hepatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Dear ,thanks for the query to HCM.
I studied your the details of the elucidate query and understood your health concerns from the facts given there in.
You have many queries which I would reply one by one as follows-
a-ESR is raised and is non-specific indicator ans as its coming down your treatment is recovering the emergent situation. In your case its mostly due to Acute on chronic active-hepatitis
b-Hs-CRP is also raised and indicates increase future risks to CHD-Coronary Heart disease due to associated fatty liver changes and disturbed lipid profile in time to come- and not an urgent cause of worry but needs planned treatment with Physician after discharge from this emergency treatment.
c-You are in the hospitalization treatment for acute hepatitis NOW but the reason is not yet fixed as you have normal CT/ hepatitis test normal.

@Plz update if you have HBIG -Hepatitis B Immunoglobulin reports -ASAP to resolve the cause of this emergency and future planning of your treatment.
d-Here I would like to know HBIG test reports? is it done and what are the levels ? plz update ASAP.
e-The upper right abdominal pain and discomfort with nausea and vomiting are all due to liver disease.
@- My Opinion and Impression about your case and its treatment -
In my opinion doctors of the hospital are taking all the care you need and hope your HBIG report is updated ASAP from you.
-Well-come for any further query in this regard.
-Have fast recovery and don't Worry, We would find out the cause of it and treat it thereafter in the best possible way for your issues.
-Hope this would resolve your issues .
With Regards
