So assume after medications vitamin D assume they got in u think they do another blood test to see if gone up, but may not be from tablets alone could be bit sun through windows, food, lotions, drink etc but majority maybe from pills unless went out get more sun, but u know what needs to happen. I run out of tablets in 7 weeks but assume u agree need to see Kay way before that for other things talked about. I assume u say Vitamin D supplements assume means to boost levels, no Side affects unless good ones and could be chance not work, maybe same or lower and heard can cause problems with bones joints whatever are and problems with heart don't understand. colour veins blood all over body yellow, red, blue thought arms head but realised all over body saw head read all over so assume colour veins not mean anything, if mixed colours or not and blood. So INtra venous is all over body as inside veins. So u say Mostly veins are most superficial in the arms and hence the blood is withdrawn from the arms as it is least painful so this means that superficial means important to take from under arms I assume can take it upper arm too any part of arm and it is important as least painful but when u say mostly I assume u can take anywhere else on body in the vein but more easier and less painful on arms for some reason and assume what u are saying is needs to be from inside the vain as no blood escapes and if did save ones in needle and once filled up then put cap on it and apply pressure so stop bleeding outside and assume once 350ml took out automatically closes up so that amount of blood not come out and put needle in a bag and send somewhere and put in blood bag or any bag for extra protection and put in fridge and put needle under microscope with bag to somehow check and then they dispose of blood somehow and keep results like at the practice. So when u say take anywhere other than intra venous causes bacteria, viruses, dirt, infection assume u mean if e.g. grazed self or stab self etc exposed to dirt and viruses bacteria infection can get in to blood whereas if connect straight into needle goes straight in and not exposed to anything and is clean in the needle from disinfectant can last for ages whatever means. I am not sure difference between manage, own and micromanage, I assume the same things. So manage means to make sure everything is ok, own means it is their building can be same or different people. So u believe Diane is the manager but someone else can own it and makes the rules up. Then when done they keep results of mine too assume somewhere in a hospital and only lad knows about and van where goes, then assume they put needle under microscope and done something then bin blood then send needle back clean to Nurse ready for someone to use. U my psychiatrist u can not prescribe as in cant give me as u not in my area but u will tell them advise it and assume if can prescribe will go through GP, pharmacy same way and if run out they send to another pharmacy.
