Brief Answer:
You are suffering from Upper Respiratory Tract ill

Detailed Answer:

Hello XXXX

You are suffering from Upper Respiratory Tract illness in which there is involvement of nose, throat, ears and possibly sinuses. The cause appears to be allergic in nature which at times may be getting infected.

The treatment of this condition is exactly what you are taking and it`s generally recurring problem.

I suggest that you take montair lc and a nasal spray like fluticasone or metaspray for a longer duration even when you don`t have symptoms. You may take it for a period of 3 months and then gradually taper it off.

You should also try and and avoid dust, smoke and sudden extreme temp variations.

Do some deep breathing exercises. I`m sure these measures will help you considerably.

Brief Answer:
No,fluticasone is not habit forming.

Detailed Answer:

No,fluticasone is not habit forming.

It hardly has any side effects since it acts locally. You may use saline nasal spray after using fluticasone after an interval of 15 to 20 minutes to wash of any residue.

Since it`s an allergic condition, vaccination may not be of much help. However, you may try influenza vaccine

Influenza vaccine can be taken any time of the year.

You may take pulmigen to prevent infections which may indirectly control your symptoms but it does not have any direct effect in treatment of allergy.
