Brief Answer:
Needs detailed clinical correlation and supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Allergic type discomfort in airways only on weekends and alright on weekdays should be correlated for any trigger like some antigen, environmental factors, smoke, alcohol, diet lifestyle different than weekdays that is triggering it. It needs a detailed history and physical examination, talk to your doctor and let them find the possible correlation to a point that is triggering it. Apart from it, anxiety should also be considered a possibility.

Take some benadryl and rest for a while and seek a doctor nearby and let them have a detailed clinical correlation.,

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
