Suggest Treatment For Upper Arm And Shoulder Pain
Question: I have been expeiriencing pain in my upper arms, mainly the right one for many years....it usually gets worse when i lay down at night...To relieve the pain i usually have to get out of bed and stand upright for about ten minutes and the pain subsides..The pain is usually worse if i have done any lifting that day,especially above my head. I think the pain originates from my shoulder but the pain is worst in theoutside of my bicep area..Can you tell me what it is.. Thank you
