Brief Answer:
High myopia right eye, degenerative change an other problem are expected.

Detailed Answer:
All problem with high myopia is expected. You have got tessalated retina and degenerative condition so holes tear and peripheral detachment is expected. Have lost binocularity, since you have anisometropia. Should have given visual status of both the eyes. What ever vision you have in right eye after correction is to be preserved.Life style change is required like take regular morning walk. For high BP can take low salt with restricted diet. Nothing more can be done for the right eye . Refractory surgery or contact lens is not possible . Right eye vision is precious for you so you have to preserve it.Hyper tension should be monitored and go for hypertensive profile.Consult physician for treatment of high BP.

My vision is still good in both eyes but was worried about the attenuated vessels..is that caused from being nearsighted? Do many people have this? Is it reversible. Should I be on blood pressure meds for the occasional times my blood pressure goes up ..most of the time my pressure is good..I exercise every day.. I worry about the attenuated vessels..what does that mean for my life span...

Brief Answer:
narrowing of blood vessel are due to hypertensive retnopathy.

Detailed Answer:
No. It is due to effect of hypertensive retinopathy. Hypertensive profile is to be done and proper management of hypertension with medication and life style change is to be done with diet restriction, especially salt restriction. In fundus examination, if any micro-aneurysm detected with bleeding, then photo coagulation is to be done. At this stage myopia can be treated by correction.
