Hey I'm having a lot of one side headache (right side) from last night and not able to sleep properly. The headache comes nearly twice in a month. Please help me what medicine should I take.

Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The unilateral headache is common in migraine or cluster headache.
Migraine is primary headache with features like nausea and vomiting, sensitivity to light (photophobia), sensitivity to sound (phonophobia).
For treatment you can take pain killers sos basis.
Regular prophylaxis is required if episodes are more involving more than 15 days a week.
If you have redness of eye, tearing, nasal stuffiness with headache then communicate.
