Brief Answer:
Could be peptic ulcer

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

although you haven't provided many details about your symptom I'll try to give you the best answer I can.
Your symptoms could be attributed to peptic ulcer but other diagnoses have to be excluded with laboratory testing.
Gastric ulcers usually get worse right after eating, while duodenal ulcers are supposed to cause symptoms 2-3 hours after eating, at night and before meals. Eating may provide some transient relief. Alcohol worsens both.
Other potential diagnoses that have to be excluded include:
- gall bladder pain: an ultrasound scan will be very helpful.
- gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD): it usually causes symptoms after eating a lot, particularly when lying down right after the meal.
Endoscopic examination of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum would be very helpful. Actually it is the most reliable way to detect ulcers or disorders caused by GERD.
I hope I've helped you!
If you have more questions, please ask and I'll be glad to answer.

Kind Regards!
