Question: Hi My sugar levels have been hovering around 130 before food and 160-170 after. Please suggest

Dear XXXXXXX hi! your blood sugars are definitely on higher side. so do you have a family history of diabetes? are you overweight? are you exercising daily?
In my opinion you must start some drug like metformin 500 mg twice a day, before breakfast and before dinner. At the same time you must check your HbA1c, TSH , FT4, and do let me know.
