pus cell 8-10/hpf epithelial cells 2-3/ hpf RBC NIL CASTS NIL CRYTALS NIL BACTERIA NIL OTHERS NIL
, I am taking insulin 40 ml daily since one month. I am diabetic for last 7 years and Bp 180/88 tanking Pin om one tab daily and Amlokind 5 twice daily.other medicines Gulvas 50 one Tab daily, Glizid 80 thrice daily'

Dear sir your sugar levels are very high your blood pressure has to be controlled too. You should meet your physician and get your insulin dose and tablets adjusted. These have to be individualized with the help of your diabetologist and only then they will be under control. You need one more antihypertensive may be telma H . Dietary modifications are must and exercises too .
Avoid carbohydrate food and take more of proteins and green leafy vegetables. Millets, oats, termeric, all helps .
Quit smoking and alcohol if you have the habit.
