I don't see any attachment here.Kindly upload the reports and doctor card.
Mean while you can ask your husband to drink plenty of fluids at least 4-5 litrs per day.
Give him bland diet and boiled vegetables.
Since how many days he is having fever?
You can give him Tab paracetamol thrice daily after food and Tab Pan once daily at morning 1/2 hr before food.
Get CBC done.
Get back if any query.

Continue the medications as advised, but get a CBC done once again to check platelets.
You can give him Bland diet which is easy digestable like oats,muselli,boiled vegetables etc.
