Brief Answer:
Needs re evaluation and dental examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Usually loose stools and vomiting are viral in nature and may take upto a week to setttle.
But if there is toothache, you need to get his dental examination done to rule out caries.
For loose stools you can continue medicines along with probiotics like bifilac after consulting your paediatrician and making sure his hydration is adequate.
I also advice oral rehydration solution like electral to keep him hydrated. This can be given in sips every 10 to 15 minutes.
Make sure he passes urine atleast six to eight times daily.
Wishing your child good health and speedy recovery.
