Question: I have toe fungus on one half of my toes. What is the best medicine to us on this problem

Hi and thanks so much for this query.

I have reviewed your information fully. This is suggestive of onychomycosis. Most of my patients receive terbinafine (Lamisil) 250 mg per day for for 12 weeks to treat toenails. Alternatively, you could use Itraconazole (Sporanox) Continuous therapy: 200 mg per day for 12 weeks to treat toenails.
