Suggest Treatment For Tiredness And Pain In The Jaw

sir as i have already informed you about my problem of jaw or face tiredness. That still i have . its a slight but continues pain in jaw. or it looks like i speak a lot that why i am tired. but in actual i am not speaking. Now addition that i have now back head tightness also. i am very much worried about that.
one thing i need to mention here is , i am taking stresstab(multivitamin) tablet from last month daily one tablet.(i left that from one week after the face tiredness). is that could be a reason for this problem?

And sir now from today morning i have a problem of left side throat pain during swallowing and i can feel normally . i am confirm that might be some lymp node. sir i am in a fear of hiv. kindly reply as soon as possible.

not very much but from some days i have slight throat irritation. But i dont have fever. only jaw tiredness was here. also no cough.
now sir i have visited a GP doctor . he give me voltic 50, Moxifloxacin 400 and a mouth wash.
is that ok?
and also tell me a normal person can have such symptoms which i have? including this pain of throat on one side and and also teeth grinding??
i am also also worried that doctor asked me u need blood test or not.. that feared me a lot. kindly explain.

Voltic(Diclofenac Sodium is written on tablet pack) is given by doctor for pain . Sir i cannot say clearly about jaw pain location. But i have tiredness . and also i think its the same left side.

thanks.. by using the medicine Moxifloxacin ..with only one tablet i am feeling well. uptill now i have not taken voltic. does antibiotics works as much fast?

sir can u confirm me that i have swollen tonsill issue or lymp node issue. because from 2 weeks i was feeling jaw tiredness and teeth grinding. now i am thinking that this problem is also related with same issue.

sir doctor did not inform me about which type of blood test he required, but he only said you need medicine only or blood test. i dont know the reason.
