Question: ok, so not sure where to start but here goes, ive been having problems for quite awhile now. the other day my husband and i were talking and he thought it could be a thyroid problem, so i took this quiz where you fill out your symptoms and it gives you a percent rate of how likely you are yo have certian problems and it came back 90% chance of having hyperthyroidism... i have real bad headahes everyday, i got migraine otc to help, but it only helps a little, but is never gone, everyday i wake up with it, no matter how much i do or dont eat i always have diarrhea several times a day, im aleays tired, at first i wrote it off as being a mom, but now my child is almost 2 and i should have way more energy than i have, and i have trouble sleeping, again passed that off as being a mom but after awhile i thought it shouldve gotten better, ive used otc medicine, the one for migraine helps a little, the otc anti-diarrhea doesnt help at all, ive tried the pills and the liquid both fail to work when taken as directed, i dont have any prescribed medication that would cause any of these symtoms or cause for any otc medicine to not work, only thing im taking is the otc medicine for real bad headaches, ive given up on the otc anti-diarrhea medicine

Brief Answer:
Blood test for thyroid hormones advisable

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

1.) tiredness and diarrhea can be a a thyroid problem. Have you had your blood tested for TSH, fT4, ft3 yet? If not i would recommend that.

2.) Headache can be (most common 3 reasons): tension headache or real migraine or cluster headache, depending on if it is on both sides or one side. There is specific medication (so called triptanes) that can be perscribed for migraine and cluster headache.

Please let me know if any of this was checked for yet,

Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards

Brief Answer:
Thyroid blood test recommendable

Detailed Answer:
Dear patient,

then i recommend hormone blood testing. For the headache, once you have tried some nsaids like ibuprofene or similar, and those did not help, a neurological examination is what i'd usually recommend.

Best regards again
