Suggest Treatment For Tinnitus In The Left Ear

Question: In my left ear I am getting some like beep sound feel like if we press XXXXXXX button we will get one tone I am getting this sound if I watch TV or press bike horn or if any outside sound, I won't get that type of sound in bed room with out any outside sound I checked ENT doctor he prescribe two medicine piraple -1200 and absolut 3g both in night.....

Already I am taking neurobion forte in morning for b12 deficiency and tayo for vitamin d3 deficiency in night and cresar am for bp in morning so is there any interaction if I take this pirapil and absolut along with forte and tayo and cresar .

What is the use of pirapil and absolut
Doctor told you can take along with forte and Tayo but when I check absolute and pirapil have calcium and b12 so I want to know both can take with forte and tayo will have any overdose or side effects

You are having tinnitus. It is most commonly due to sensory neural hearing loss or loud noise exposure or trauma to the ear.

You should get the pure tone audiometry done and send me the report for further evaluation.
Take the tablet absolut, Neurobion forte and anti hypertensive as you're already taking as prescribed.

It is better to take tablet Cinnarizine than Pirapil.
You can take it twice daily for at least 2 weeks.

All the medicines I have prescribed will be available by prescription only, please discuss this with your doctor.

Avoid any excess XXXXXXX usage and ear phones usage.

I am not getting any Tinnitus it's like some while TV is sound or any noise I am getting some beep sound? Some thing like beep beep at the time of outside sound
Normally I use to take morning cresar AM 40 for bp and neurobion forte for b12 deficiency

Night tayo contain 1000k of d3 and 500mg of calcium

ENT prescribe to take absolut and piraple in night seem absolut had b12 and b6 and other vitamin calciums so if take this vitamin will have any overdose or side effects do I need to stop neurobion forte till this course as well tayo?
What piraple is for? What it's contain I don't want to take anti depressants medicine

Absolut is a multivitamin. All the components are in a dose less than daily recommended dose if taken once daily.
Better is to take calcium and neurobiin forte seperately as they fulfil daily demands appropriately.
Piracetam is a drug used in dementia and other psychiatric causes. It has no role in ringing ears.
Any weird sounds in ears is called tinnitus. It can also be due to high blood pressure.
So you should get a pure tone audiometry done and keep a check on your blood pressure.

I am getting beep sound and air block in left ear if I sit at noise area when watching TV or out side audio sound comes.... while walk in left ear some thing blocking as well getting voice from TV noise as a beep while sounds come.

is absolut and nuerobion forte contain same configuration let me know which one can take in morning and which one can take in night...

Both the drugs have different composition. You take neurobion forte only and that too anytime once a day.
Tinnitus in your case can be due to eustachian tube blockage also as popping sensation is there.
Please give me your audiometry report so that I can suggest you better as examination is not possible on in online portal.

Hello doctor,
I have done pure tone test uploaded the report seems they said have some never weakness in left ear due to that I am getting echo please suggest right medicine should not cause side-effects. Morning I am taking cresar A m 40 and neurobion forte and in night tayo(contain calcium 500mg and vitamin d3 1000 . Request not to prescribe diuretic... And provide right time to take the prescribe medicine... My work time is evening 6:30pm to 4:00am so it's night shift.. Let me know the cause of this issue....

Your reports tell that you have a high frequency sensoryneural hearing loss. As the loss is in both ears, it can be due to a very loud noise exposure or trauma to the ear or some chronic medicine use. This loss os xausing the tinnitus.
The loss is not recoverable but it can be stopped from progressing. You should avoid excessive XXXXXXX usage and ear phones use.
Take tablet cinnarizine twice daily for tinnitus for atleast 3 weeks.
This can be taken alongwith the other medicines you are taking. It will be available only on prescription.

Hello doctor,
My tinnitus sound got stop automatically I don't start medicine still.... I have show the pure tone report to my Ent doctor he said mild nerve Impact as got same before so to further stop weakness and ear loss take pirapil 1200 it will Improve never strength no issue of taking it.. I point out my virtigo if I turn my head left some time mild giddiness he prescribe some other medicine I will send the prescription pic... My question is can I take pirapil 1200 in night as well you prescribe cinnarizine for Mild giddiness or vertigo.. El'se can I take pirapil and his prescribe addition for guiddiness which one is best to take with pirapil

pirapil is a drug for age related memory loss, Alzheimer etc. I am sorry i dont know its utility in ear diseases.
Betahistine 16mg should be taken for a week and than symptoms should be addressed again and dose managed accordingly.
It doesn't interfere with your other medications.
