Question: I suffer from tinnitus of the left ear. I have been feeling dizzy and experience brain fog and blurred vision and zapped of energy?

I am sorry to hear that you have having problem with tinnitus and dizziness. You may have a case of Meniere's disease which is a condition affecting the middle ear. We think is has to do with leakage of the fluid of the middle ear. This causes the dizziness and ringing. There really is no treatment for the condition other than symptom relief of the dizziness with meclizine. I would recommend that you see your medical provider and possibly a ENT specialist to help figure out what is going on and to get treatment. While waiting I recommend to help with the tinnitus at night is to turn on a radio or other white noise that your brain will focus on instead of the tinnitus. That may help you sleep better.
