Brief Answer:
Degenerative changes in spine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The tingling sensation in both the hands is suggestive of degenerative changes in the cervical spine. This can be diagnosed after an MRi scan and will improve with cervical isometric exercises and methylcobalamin supplements.
The pain in the lower back and hip can also be related to degenerative changes in lower spine. Consulting an orthopedician for proper investigations will help in proper diagnosis.
I hope this answers your query.
