Brief Answer:
Tinea cruris is most likely possibility

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com. I have read your query. I have seen the attached photographs also. I understand your concern.
As per details, it seems that you are suffering from a condition called Tinea cruris. It is fungal infection of skin involving the body folds. It is characterised by red colored itchy rash over body. Various precipitating factors are Diabetes Mellitus, excess sweating, hot humid weather.
In such cases, I prefer to advise topical antifungals like clotrimazole cream / miconazole cream to my patients. Along with oral antifungals like fluconazole / terbinafine / itraconazole are also given.
Keep the area clean and dry. Prefer to wear loose cotton clothes. Avoid sharing of clothes else it may spread to rest of family members.
Visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription. You can share my opinion with him. I hope it helps.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
tinea can be treated completely by proper treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome back. We are here to help you. Tinea is a very common condition and I almost daily get such patients specially in summer and rainy season. You may continue to go for gym , its just that sweat accumulation precipitates the infection . So my advice for you is to preferably use air conditioned gym so as to minimise sweating. Afterwards take bath and completely dry up the body. Once you start the treatment and complete full course , your skin would get recovered.
I prefer to advise a good brand sunscreen like Photostable suncreen, Ansolar 30/60 to my patients. The maximum effect of UV radiations on skin is observed from 10am to 2 pm so prefer to avoid outdoor activities during these hours. You should regularly use sunscreen to avpid further tanning of skin.
For oily skin, you may use tissue paper to wipe off the exces oil. It won't harm your skin but prefer to use chemical free plane tissue paper or handkerchief.
I hope I am able to solve all your queries.
Stay healthy.
