Brief Answer:
neck and chest tightness

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The neck tightness is likely to be related to spasm of the muscles involved. EKG, Exercise tolerance test, fasting lipid profile, x ray cervical spine lateral view and basic metabolic panel including blood sugar can be advised. If the investigations are normal then NSAIDs like Celecoxib along with muscle relaxants such as cyyclobenzaperine can be prescribed for 10 days in consultation with your doctor. PPIs and pro kinetic medication such as domeperidone should also be added as part of the treatment for GERD. Hopefully, you will see much improvement with this treatment.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
