Brief Answer:
due to medications

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic .

Both levipil and encorate cause thrombocytopenia. The solution for this is consult your doctor and discuss regarding change to drugs with less effect on platelet count.

As now the count is very low she needs to undergo platelet concentration transfusion till her levels reach near the normal level.

Hope I have answered your query . If any further queries are there I would love to help.
