I read your question and i understand your concern. Throat hurting on swallowing, neck hurting on moving makes it likely a sore throat and nearby muscle spasm of neck muscles or a pain response of muscle due to sore throat and swollen lymph nodes. Chest pain upon deep breath may indicate involvement of upper respiratory tract common in throat and sinuses congestions. Apo Mometasone will help by its anti inflammatory properties. Add salt water gargles to it, use throat lozenges and take some advil or tylenol for the pain and use home remedies like warm comforting beverages, herbal tea mixed with honey etc. I am sure the symptoms will subside in a couple of days.
