Suggest Treatment For Throat Infection

Question: I already submitted question, was waiting on answer. Reader's Digest version: had bad choking spell, right side of throat sore, can I use CPAP machine, how long wait to take allergy meds?Still have not received answer, or perhaps don't know proper place to go for answer, Actually re-submitted this question in condensed form. Can you just reply here?

I can understand your concern.
CPAP has no role in your symptoms. So better not to use CPAP.
In my opinion, you are having severe throat infection (mostly bacterial) which is causing choking, sore throat etc.
Only allergy medicines won't help.
You are will need antibiotic, anti inflammatory drugs for better symptomatic relief.
So consult ENT doctor and get done clinical examination of throat and get prescription for antibiotics and other drugs.
Also do warm water gargles 5-6 times a day. Drink more fluids orally.
