Question: My son was having throat infection & high fever , now he is fine but complaing stomach pain , could not sleep , he is 8 years old , used maftol P
He is not eating anything since yesterday

Based on your facts your son seems to have viral infection,from which your son recovered.

More information required as follows-
Your sons health concerns are-of stomach pain and not eating since yesterday.
I would like to know few more things as follows-
When this high fever started ?Was he taking food during this period?
How long this fever remained?Any eye pains/chills/joint pains/muscle pains with this?
Any nausea/Vomiting in last few days?
Any loose motions lately or during the febrile period?
Any past illness history?Any current lab test done?

Remedies-(Provisional)
In the meanwhile,I get the above information,take following care-
Don't use Meftal P for stomach pain
Give liquid bland diet/no solid food.
Plenty of fluids orally.
Tab Colospa (OTC)/
Tab Rabeprazole 1 tab morning /evening

Thanks doctor , fever lasted for 1&1/2 day ,he was not taking food during the period my younger son was having throat ibfection earlier , now since a day he is complaining about stomach pain , somehow i am pushing him for more water , when he was in more trouble i have given him cyclopam 10ml , now he is resting , was it right decison ? As same medicine was given to my younger son for stomach infection ?
What will be the next step if it occurrs again ? Shall i go for medicine suggested by you

My Impression is-
Viral Gastritis - with Stomach Pain /post Throat Infection.
Stomach pain is due viral gastric inflammation mostly and would recover with following suggestions soon-

Continue with Cyclopam Syrup-if pain recurrs.(don't use if cyclopam given for your younger one is not very old /and outdated),as its nearby to what has been advised to you by me.

Rest-for 2 days.
Plenty of Liquids
Bland liquid diet x 5 days
Multivit Syr for fast recouping
As the fever has subsided on its own,it would take another 2-3 days for him to recover.
If any problem,keep me updated at HCM by a direct question.
