Brief Answer:
Thoracic arthritis...

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thank you for posting!

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

According to your symptoms, I can say that you suffer from vertebral column arthritis, more precisely in the thoracic area.

Thoracic X-ray needs to be done in order to check the vertebra and disc condition.

Arthritis is treated by non steroidal anti inflammatory medications, such as meloxicam. Another alternative is chiropractic, in order to relieve pain and improve your everyday activities.

I would say that Hydrocodone is just a pain killer medication and it doesn't really treat the disease.

In my opinion you should consult your neurologist, who will determine the exact diagnosis.

Feel free to ask for anything unclear.

All the best,
Dr. Behar.
