Brief Answer:
Try NSAID like Naxdom.

Hello,

Try NSAID like Naxdom , it can help relieve pain.Unfortunately you have gastritis. This drug may increase it, so take it with food and good antacids.

Dont be empty stomach , avoid heavy meals, avoid tea/coffee and restrict spicy diet while on treatment.

Breathing exercises, meditation and yoga can help tension type headache in long term.

Brief Answer:
Headache can be due deviated septum and sinusitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Headache can be due deviated septum and sinusitis.Get this treated well and probably headache will resolve completely.May be its not tension type headache and related to sinusitis , which is more common cause headache than tension type headache.

Long term use of aspirin might have caused you gastritis, so you need to take antacids with it.

For Dizziness you need to get carotid doppler to see if the blood flow to brain is adequate. This cause in your case as there is previous history of infarct.
Also a HRCT of temporal bone to see internal ear structures can be undertaken. Many times internal ear issues cause dizziness.

Clinical evaluation by ENT specialist can help.

Check out for thyroid hormone, vitamin B12 levels and calcium levels for weakness and body pain.

Hope this answers your queries. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards

Brief Answer:
Its sonography yo check blood flow.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

In lay terms , its sonography yo check blood flow in neck vessels.

Many times reduced blood flow in these vessels is cause of dizziness while walking.

Also forgot to mention, you can get xray of neck spine done to see if there are degenerative changes, this can also lead to dizziness.

i can breath well both nostrils.
doctor
Answered by Dr. Sudhir (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Sinusitis won't affect breathing till its sever.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Sinuses are placed on either side of nasal cavity and above it.When sinus are partially filled with mucosal thickening they won't encroach on nasal cavity so breathing remains fine.Only when entire sinuses are full and the thickened mucosa comes out in nasal cavity , your breathing will get affected. This happens only in severe cases.

So normal breathing is not a parameter to judge whether you should get it treated or not.

Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.
