Question: I am a 52 year old contractor specializing in urethane deck coatings....my job is a physical one. In the last two weeks I have been in more pain than ever before. I have had my share of aches and pains but in the last couple weeks it gotten out of control. It started with sore arms around the elbow and forearms which seemed to be a quick recovery but then after continued use I have developed tennis elbow. Then my right hip became so sore that I could not climb a ladder or even lift my leg to step up onto a curb. After a few days it healed up but then today the opposite hip is doing the same thing...I'm like, what the hell is going on all this has to be related somehow. What do you think?

Brief Answer:
You need to check your vitamins level

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you may be having low vitamin B 12 and vitamin D level. This can cause generalised body ache. Tennis elbow can be caused by overuse. So i have following suggestions for you.
1.Get your serum D3 and B 12 test. And if level is low then take vitamin D once a week 60000 IU. And tablet Methylcobal one daily.
2.For tennis elbow special bands are available which can be applied over elbow.
3.Hot water fomentation and voveron gel local application can be done.
4.Some time steroid injection can be done for elbow.
5. A x ray of both hip joint to rule out any bony problem.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
