Brief Answer:
An abdominal ultrasound needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX I understand the problem

The pain from gall stones is usually in the right upper abdomen and sometimes can radiate to the right shoulder and is accompanied by nausea.

This could also be an H pylori stomach infection.

If I were your doctor I would get some blood work and an abdominal ultrasound to check for both.

If you have gallstones it would be a good idea to have your gall bladder removed.

H pylori can be effectively treated with a course of antibiotics like erythromycin.

It's mainly in the left side and a bit to the middle and I've had diarrhoea with it when I lay down and go to sleep no pain whatsoever all night long no pain

Brief Answer:
Pancreatitis or Diverticulitis

Detailed Answer:
Then it could be pancreatitis or diverticulitis. Pancreatitis usually causes diffuse abdominal pain that can radiate to the back and also causes nausea and vomiting. Diverticulitis is mostly pain on the lower left side of the abdomen. Both of these are serious conditions and need medical treatment

You still need to see a doctor for an exam and tests and studies
